Consecration of the Diocese &amp; May Crowning

On Friday, May 1 at 2pm, Bishop Jaime Soto asks the faithful to join him via livestream as he consecrates the Diocese of Sacramento to Mary, Mother of the Church. He will also crown the statue of Mary and Jesus in the courtyard of the Diocese of Sacramento Pastoral Center.

A worship aid is available in order to help families conduct the consecration in their own homes:

This prayer service follows the 12 noon re-consecration of our nation under the same title by Archbishop José Gomez, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and archbishop of Los Angeles. The national event will be streamed at www.lacatholics.org/consecration and www.facebook.com/usccb.Bishop Soto will also offer Mass and the Renewal of Consecration to Mary at St. Clare Church on Wednesday, May 13 at 6pm.
